THERE IS A THIN LINE BETWEEN INTELLIGENCE AND MATURITY

THERE IS A THIN LINE BETWEEN INTELLIGENCE AND MATURITY

Intelligence is the ability to THINK and understand.
While,
Maturity is the ability to BEHAVE and act.
Take note of these words; THINK and BEHAVE.

THUS

Intelligence is passive,
where as
Maturity is active.

HENCE

Maturity is an appropriate display of meaningful intelligence.
In simple terms, it is the ability to act on what you understand.

THEREFORE

Intelligence is intellectual maturity alone, it doesn't represent or reflects other facet of maturity.

IN TOTALITY

Maturity is the deliberate conditioning of the mind towards intellectual, cultural, emotional, spiritual, psychological, social and moral training which is thereafter accompanied by its application.

ALTERNATIVELY

Maturity is the ability to coordinate ones sense of perception ( intelligence inclusive), and correlates it with one's sense of interpretation and application.

WORTHY OF NOTE

Intelligence is just a part of maturity.
Maturity could be a divine gift or may arise out of experience.

CONCLUSIVELY

Intelligence is important,
Maturity is paramount.

You can measure rain using rain gauge, you can measure wind using wind vane, you can measure sun using sun recorder, but you cannot measure an abstract component like success using any scientifically manufactured d
About the book This book tends to expose the fact that during times of wars, chaos and insecurity in a country even in cases of insurgency, the media plays a vital role in serving the public with relevant information concerning the state of things at any particular point in time, or even as things unfolds and develops. A lot of people are either ignorant of this, or deliberately feel unconcerned; but this does not change the fact that somewhere in the middle of a heated battle, at least one journalist must have lost their life for his or her country. The bible says, "Give honour to whom honour is due." As such, I think these fallen heroes ought to be   recognized, but today how many societies truly honour such people who have given their life to service it? The modern society easily recognizes politicians, fashion trends, movie stars, and musicians, amongst others.  No doubt, MOST of them merit the recognition, but what about thousands who have died so that news and in
