One’s mental health is as important as one’s physical health, if not even more important. Most times, your mentally state controls your emotional state, and your emotional state has a direct impact on your physical appearance, countenance, as well as your disposition, it can tell or reflect on how you look and your well-being in general. That is why whenever you are worried, or in a perturbed state and thinking too much, you begin to emaciate or lose weight, this is your body responding to the state of your mind, I am pretty sure at one time or the other that you have experienced this because I have too. Your mental state can even translate to your behavior or actions, for example when your mental state is undergoing any form of conflict, you could end up having mood swing and begin to display acts like transferring aggression to people around.
